A comprehensive functional medicine metabolic, hormone lab panel ordered by a licensed medical provider, paired with a detailed functional medicine analysis, 90 minute consultation to provide personalized guidance and road map to help you understand your results and support you overall health. Labs will be ordered by a licensed medical provider and carried out at your choice of LabCorp location. Review and assessment follow up will be scheduled after results are back. When the site takes you to the booking page this is for your consultation, not your lab work. Please schedule your consultation appointment for approximately a 12 days after you plan to have your labs drawn, to give us time to receive the results from the lab work. Most LabCorp locations offer you to schedule an appointment online and some have a walk in option. You will need to have the lab work done in a fasted state, so please do not eat or drink anything but water before your labs are drawn. It is best to have your labs drawn in the morning.
